Session Registration
Great, it looks like you are ready to register for a session. If you
already know what you are doing, just click the links below. If not,
keep reading for the instructions. Registration Forms open in a new
window.
Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to open the printable order forms,
available at www.adobe.com.
Entrees
- Select the number of each entree that you would like.
- Full entrees serve 4-6. Select 1 or 2 for full entrees.
- Split entrees* serve 2-3. Selcet 1 split for 2 containers of 2-3
servings or 2 splits for 4 containers of 2-3 servings.
Session
- Select a session date and time. 72 hours of notice is required for
all sessions.
Personal Information
- Provide your name, address, and email so we can contact you if
necessary.
Chef Service*
- Want us to assemble the meals for you? No problem, Just select
yes in the Chef Service box. Also select the Chef Service option as
the session time and provide the date you would like to pick up
your meals in the comment box.
- Want to get your hands dirty and do it yourself? Just select no in
the Chef Service box and come join in the fun.
Additional Information
- Confirm the number of entrees you selected so we can verify your
order for accuracy.
- Let us know your friends name if you would like to split an order
with them.
- Leave us a comment about a previous visit or a suggestion for a
meal choice. Attending a private party, mention it here.
*Splits and Chef service are available for an additional fee.
