Herb Tomato Chicken
Chicken breast topped with fresh tomato slices, a creamy sauce, and seasoned bread
crumb topping. This is a  delicious dish and back by request. Serve with steamed yellow
squash and green salad.

Sombrero Pie
Fast and Good! Crunchy corn chips scattered around the edge of the beef mixture in
the skillet< form the “brim” of this sombrero pie. Very family friendly and a meal in
itself.

Marinated Pork Loin        No Split
One of my regular customers shared this recipe with me. We think your family will
love it also. After it marinates in garlic, soy, onion, vinegar, and pepper, it’s wrapped in
bacon and baked. Serve with mashed potatoes and baby carrots.

Santa Fe Chicken
A “steam fry” is created by simmering the chicken in its marinade, infused with flavor
until done. With a southwest flare of flavor it is great served with rice pilaf and a
green salad.  The  leftovers made really good sandwiches.

Barbecue Ribs of Beef        No Split
Slow cooked beef ribs in a mild homemade barbecue sauce. You don’t have to fire up
the grill for these ribs. They bake in the oven. Serve with a baked potato and corn on
the cob.

Shrimp Diane
My daughter got this recipe from her culinary chef friend and we had to share it with
TLC customers> You will not be disappointed. It is served over angel hair pasta and is
very quick to the table. You add some garlic toast and enjoy.

Tomato-Basil Sausage Spirals
A great Italian pasta dish for you pasta lovers. It has a homemade sauce, Italian turkey
sausage, and is served over spiral pasta. Add a salad and French bread.

Apple Maple Turkey Burger
This is a must try. Those of us that tested it were pleasantly surprised. We think you
will like it too. Ground turkey with some applesauce, maple syrup, and more, are
padded out and served with a special sauce after cooked. Serve with potato or pasta
salad.

Cranberry Chicken
This recipe was given to us from another frequent customer at TLC. Bake by request.
Chicken breasts are covered in a sauce of onion soup, French dressing, and
cranberry sauce, then baked. Serve over rice or couscous and steamed sugar snap
peas.

Lemon-Pecan Pork Chops
With lemon pepper seasoning and garlic, these chops fry up nice and brown lemon
pecans served on top. Serve it with mashed potatoes and buttered corn.

Stuffed French Toast
Pull this out of the freezer when you really want to wow the people at your
breakfast table. Raspberry jam and cream cheese are stuffed into French bread
pockets, and then topped with egg mixture and almond streusel crumb. Yummy! Serve
with syrup and fruit or bacon.

Caribbean Meatloaf
Seasoned ground chuck is baked and topped with a special Caribbean sauce of
tomato, crushed pineapple, onion, sugar, lime, Worcestershire and spices. There are
never any leftovers with this one. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and sweet peas.
